Any jewel still guaranteed and concerned by a claim should be returned to any store selling the Brand TAHIZEA (see the list of the stores) or directly sent to our office (see address below) with a complete explanation justifying the return, a proof of purchase and a certificate of guarantee completed and stamped buy the dealer TAHIZEA™.Pearl Design France

Jewels returned are subject to an expert assessment in order to determine the deterioration origins.
After review by our after-sales service, in case the warranty does not apply, information and estimate will be sent by mail or email as soon as possible.
This international warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects in materials. It excludes damages resulting from contact of the jewel with aggressive products such as perfumes, cosmetics, housekeeping products, detergents and other corrosive liquids. Normal wear, poor use, impacts or consequences of accidents are also excluded.
According to the current legislation, chains and bracelets have an open link deliberately weak in order to avoid any risk of accident. Distortion or opening of this link resulting
from unusual pull, tension, accident or any shock are not covered by the warranty.
The guarantee does not apply to the articles of our Brand identified TAHIZEA™ in case of modification after delivery at stores or direct delivery to consumer.
